  Black Lash & Brow Tint

  The kit also includes a black lash and brow tint together with a 3% oxidant developer.

  According to the product instructions shown on the packaging, the tint cream and developer are mixed at approximately a 1:1 ratio until evenly blended before application.

  The tint helps give lashes and brows a darker, more defined appearance.

  Multiple Silicone Pad Sizes
